1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Allow the dish to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
2. Remove plastic lid. Bake for 15 minutes, ensuring even cooking throughout.
3. Rotate the dish 180 degrees for uniform browning, then continue baking for an additional 10 minutes.
4. Check the middle of the dish for the desired temperature and ensure a nice golden-brown on the top surface.
