Traditional Meat Sauce Bolognese / Bechamel / Parmigiano Reggiano

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Allow the lasagna to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking.
2. Remove plastic lid. Place the lasagna in the preheated oven. Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
3. Once done, carefully remove the lasagna from the oven. Gently poke the middle of the lasagna with a fork to verify the center is at desired temperature.
4. Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Chef’s Tip: Generously add Parmigiano Reggiano to enhance the umami of the dish
